Hydro One crews worked quickly to deal with scattered power outages in Huron and Perth Wednesday morning.
Hydro One reporting outages between Wingham and Blyth, south of Clinton, south of Bayfield, northwest of Mitchell and east of Mitchell.
At one point this morning, close to 3,000 Hydro One customers were affected. That has been whittled down to just over several hundred.
The estimated restoration times are noon.
