South Bruce OPP continue to investigate a recent trailer theft in Walkerton.
On Christmas day at 1:15 am, OPP investigators were called to Queen Street West in Walkerton and discovered that two unknown suspects had hooked up a trailer to the truck they were driving and fled the scene eastbound on Queen Street West.
The two suspects were driving a dark-coloured Ford F-150 with a bed toolbox and either a silver or chrome grill. The stolen trailer is described as a grey 1979 Jayco utility trailer with the frame painted red. The approximate value of the stolen trailer is $1,500. Anyone with information regarding this theft should call South Bruce OPP or Crime Stoppers.
