The cost to build Grey County's new Administration Building came in under budget.
The final numbers have been calculated for the addition and renovation of the building.
The total project cost including constructing and architect fees was $12,115,126, which is $8,152 less than the budget approved by county council in 2016.
Grey County Council received the final numbers on Thursday during a Committee of the Whole meeting. Council members were told the cost also came in well below the average municipal building cost.
