Lincolns fall behind early in loss to Flyers

Leamington scored four goals in the second period and again in the third to defeat St. Marys 9-2.

The Lincolns got goals from Mason Goldie and Joe Manzur in the second period that briefly put them within a goal of the Flyers but fell behind 5-2 before the middle frame was over.

The Flyers were led by Adam Jeffery with two goals and two assists. Michael Andrews also scored twice and had a helper in the win.

St. Marys is now eighth in the GOJHL Western Conference, just four points up on last place Strathroy.
