Ratcliffe and Stevenson lead Storm to victory

Isaac Ratcliffe and Keegan Stevenson each struck twice in the Guelph Storm's 6-2 win over Kitchener.

Liam Hawel opened the scoring for Guelph just five-and-a-half minutes into the game. Ratcliffe put the Storm up 2-0 before the halfway point of the opening frame. Michael Vukojevic answered for Kitchener before the period was over but Stevenson and Cam Hillis would score before the first intermission giving the Storm a 4-1 lead.

Ratcliffe and Stevenson scored again in the second period. The Rangers' Jonathan Yantsis was the only scorer in the third.

Anthony Popovich stopped 37 shots for Guelph. Luke Richardson made 21 saves for the Rangers.

Guelph leads the Midwestern Division by three points over Owen Sound.
