An incident Wednesday afternoon in Centre Wellington brought in the province's Special Investigations Unit.
Shortly after 1 p.m. Wednesday, Wellington County OPP officers responded to a report of a male in distress in the area of Side Road 14 near Wellington Road 7 in the Township of Centre Wellington.
Uniform and Emergency Response Team officers found the body of a man in the rural location.
The OPP notified the SIU, which has invoked its mandate.
As a result, the OPP will not be able to provide any further information.
