An officer reports seeing two drivers gesturing to one another at a red light about 10:30pm on June 12 at the intersection of Victoria St. and Elgin Ave.
Police say the two vehicles then took off, reaching a speed of more than 100 km/h a 50 km/h zone.
The drivers, aged 20 and 18, are both charged with stunt driving.
