Attack Put Knights on the Brink of Elimination

The Owen Sound Attack are one win away from advancing to the second round of the OHL playoffs.

Brett McKenzie was in on all four of the Attack's goals, scoring twice and setting up two more, as Owen Sound edged London 4-3 in overtime to take a 3-0 lead in their first round series.

Alan Lyszczarczyk scored the game winner just 33 seconds into the extra frame. Lyszczarczyk also set up McKenzie's first goal of the game.

Sean Durzi was the other scorer for the Attack.

The Knights got goals from Sergey Popov, Tyler Rollo and Evan Bouchard. Bouchard's power play goal at 15:01 of the third tied the game.

Olivier Lafreniere stopped 23 shots for the Attack. Joseph Raaymakers made 38 saves for the Knights.

The Attack can sweep the Knights with a win in London on Thursday. Puck drops at 7 p.m. at Budweiser Gardens.
