Attack Let Two Goal Lead Slip but Win in Overtime

Markus Phillips struck twice including the game winner in overtime at Owen Sound edged the Barrie Colts 6-5. Phillips also had an assist in the win.

Ethan Szypula had a four point night with a goal and three assists for Owen Sound.

The Attack were up 5-3 heading into the third period when the Colts' Jason Willms and rookie Andrei Svechnikov scored in a 30 second span to force extra time.

Phillip scored 1:49 into overtime.

Other scorers for Owen Sound: Kevin Hancock, Aidan Dudas and Alan Lyszczarczyk.

The Colts were led by Dmitry Sokolov with a pair of goals and two assists. Svechnikov scored twice for Barrie and set up another.
