McFadden's Movement Gives More

A Kincardine native continues to advocate for mental health and support for those who need it.

Garrett McFadden is the captain of the Guelph Storm and in 2016 he started an organization called McFadden's Movement.

McFadden has been hosted by various minor hockey teams and schools where he has discussed his personal introduction to mental health and the obstacles he's faced both on and off the ice.

On Friday, McFadden's movement donated $10,000 to Wes For Youth Online and another $10,000 to the Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo-Wellington branch.
