Rangers Rally to Win in a Shoot Out

Luke Richardson made 29 saves in regulation and overtime and five more in the shoot out to give Kitchener a 3-2 win over London.

Givani Smith scored in regulation and was the lone scorer of the shoot out for Kitchener.

Alex Formenton opened the scoring just under six minutes into the game and Alex Turko put the Knights up 2-0 just over a minute later. Smith put the Rangers within a point 30 seconds after Turko's goal to make it 2-1 Knights heading into the second.

Connor Bunnaman scored the equalizer on the power play at 5:42 of the second.

The Knight's netminder Joseph Raaymakers made 23 saves over 65 minutes to earn third star honours.
