GOJHL Wrap: Stratford Warriors Coach Hit by a Puck

Stratford Warriors coach Dave Williams was hit by a puck during the Warriors 3-3 tie against Waterloo.

In a tweet the club says Williams was examined at Grand River Hosptial and released. He is resting at home. The team says more details will be released later.

The Siskin's Tyler Dam sent the game into overtime with a power play goal at 13:56 of the third.

The Warriors got goals from Sean Ross, Kaleb Pearson and Sam Cherry.

Alex Lycett and Dylan Lebold scored for Waterloo.

Ruan Badenhorst stopped 33 shots over 70 minutes of work. Brett Miller made 41 saves for the Siskins.

Elmira 2 Brampton 1

Ethan Wiseman scored the game winner for Elmira midway through the third and the Sugar Kings beat Brampton 2-1.

Ethan Skinner was in on both of Elmira's goals, scoring in the second period and setting up Wiseman's game winner.

Mason Gonsalves scored for the Bombers.

Tyler Mazzocato earned the win with 29 saves. Travis Smith stopped 32 shots for Brampton.
