Bylaw enforcement officer Cam Forbes says emergency responders sometimes find it difficult to find some addresses.
The new bylaw requires the numbers be clearly visible and at least 4 inches in size.
For anyone not complying, the municipality will put up the number, at the property-owner’s expense.
The new numbering will include parks and playgrounds.
