Police are looking for witnesses after an elderly woman was injured.
Ontario Provincial Police in Huron County say the incident happened just after noon on Saturday. Police say an 87-year-old Goderich woman was attempting to cross Balvina Dr E at Bayfield Rd when a Dodge Ram pickup truck turned onto Balvina Dr E from Bayfield Rd into her path. Investigators are trying to figure out whether the pickup truck struck the woman or if the woman lost her balance and fell due to the presence of the truck.
The victim was taken to hospital where she remains with serious injuries.
