Zach Tomkinson of the Owen Sound North Stars Senior B Lacrosse team signed a one year deal with the Buffalo Bandits of the National Lacrosse League.
Tomkinson spent time on the Bandit's practice squad last season. He also played for the Barrie Blizzard of the Canadian Lacrosse League where he won a championship and in the NCAA loop while attending Mars Hill University in North Carolina.
During his time as a North Star last season, Tomkinson had 5 points during the regular season including 2 goals and 3 assists. In the playoffs, Tomkinson had 2 goals and 5 assists for 7 points.
