Hawks Use the Power Play to Beat Bulldogs.

Jared Bogdon struck twice -- both times on the power play -- to give the Mitchell Hawks a 4-2 win over Kincardine in the PJHL.

Bogdon also had an assist in the win, setting up Brett Denny's goal at 6:07 of the opening frame. The Hawks were 3 for 6 on the power play.

Kincardine got goals from Joshua Traynor and Connor Gibson.

The Bulldogs out shot the Hawks 34-29. Newly acquired net minder Curtis Laviolette earned the win for Mitchell with 32 saves. Laviolette joined the club this year after playing 16 games with the Clarington Eagles last season.
