The incident happened Saturday when a man offered a child a ride around 4:30pm on Mill St. East. The child refused and fled and the car was last seen heading east on Mill St.
This man is described as tan skinned with dark hair in a ponytail. He was wearing a black toque and a green long sleeve shirt.
The car is described as dark colored with a dent in the back door/trunk area.
