The facilities manager for Central Huron says they're just putting the final touches on the layout for the updated Clinton Community Park beside the race track.
Steve Campbell says they're working on the final drafts for the layout of the splash pad, the skate park, and a pavilion for picnics.
They are waiting for the site plan from the engineers to provide the exact location for those three items as well as the infrastructure that goes along with that.
Campbell says they hope to have the park completed before the races start in early May.
They have had a pool there in the past as well as a skate park so Campbell says they're just updating that and adding a few features.
