West Grey Council defeated a motion to support a proposed FIT project at the Durham Middle Dam. At a special meeting Monday council talked about the impact the project could have on flooding and frazzle ice. Kinet Ontario wanted to construct a 117 kW hydro electric project on the Saugeen River for the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources.
