Saugeen Maitland Lightning vs. China

Team China's national women's hockey team is ready to take on current and former members of the Saugeen Maitland Lightning organization Wednesday night in Mount Forest.

The game is at the Mount Forest Sports Complex tomorrow (Wednesday) night at 7pm and tickets are $7.

It's the third time that Team China has visited the area as it gears up for the 2018 winter games in South Korea.

"This year we have 9 alumni that are coming that used to play for Saugeen and are currently playing for Ontario colleges and universities," says Saugeen Maitland President Howie Pruden. "And as long as Team China keeps coming we'll try to keep putting different venues in so that it hits some of the local girls' areas."
