Long's Hat Trick All the Ironmen Needed

Ethan Long did all the scoring for the Ironmen as Wingham edged the Hanover Barons 3-2 in Junior C Pre-season play.

Long opened the scoring for the Ironmen with an unassisted goal just over four minutes into the game.

Brett Zabel tied the game late in the second with a power play goal assisted by Bryce Mayea and Justin Graham.

Long put the Ironmen ahead again in the opening minute of the third assisted by Morgan Hill. Brody LeMay evened the score for the second time assisted by Jeremiah LeMay and Carson Ivel. Long's game winner came on the power play at 16:11 of the final frame. It was an empty netter assisted by Jeremy Ross and Logan Tolton.
