Doig adds crews have been busy all week getting the course in shape and mother nature has helped so they're ready to go. She says one of the surprises for some golfers will be the grass traps that protect some of the greens. Doig says they've been fluffing that up this week and the grass is long enough now that hitting out of one makes the regular sand traps look pretty inviting.
