After more than 30 years business, Knechtel Food Mart in Lucknow is closing its doors.
This according to a post on the Knechtel Food Mart Facebook Page by owners Brian and Kathy Knechtel.
The reason for the closure is stated as an ongoing disagreement with the landlord of the building over the rent. Knechtel Foods says they have just 12 days to clear everything out.
CKNX News has reached out to the owners of the grocery store.
It's not clear just how many jobs or local residents will be impacted by the closure.
