Huron County Museum Continues 'Museum Secrets Workshop'

The Museum Secrets Workshop Series continues May 5 at the Huron County Museum in Goderich.

Curator Will Kernohan says staff at the museum are experts in their field, and the Workshop Series give them an opportunity to share that expertise.

In May 5's workshop, Registrar Patti Lamb and commercial photographer Colleen Maguire will talk about how to document and photograph your family treasures.

On May 19, Archivist Jenna Leifso will help homeowners research their home by finding who has lived in their home, and how old it it is using Huron County Archives.

And the last workshop, on June 23 will be conducted by Curator Kernohan and is modestly titled the Most Amazing Museum Tour in the History of the World. Kernohan says it'll be a unique, hands on experience and limited to 20 guests.

All of the workshops will start at seven in the evening. The cost is $10 per workshop or $7 for members.
