Elmira Edges Guelph for 2-1 Series Lead

The Elmira Sugar Kings edged Guelph 2-1 to take a 2-1 series lead in that GOJHL Conference Quarter Final.

All of the games goals were scored in the second and on the power play.

Zac Coulter got the Sugar Kings on the board at 5:47 of the second and was assisted by Ethan Skinner. Jake Moggy put Elmira up 2-0 two minutes later assisted by Jeff Jordan and Alex Peterson.

Brody Milne tied the game up with a power play goal at 13:51. Cameron Stokes and Cameron Palmer assisted on the Hurricanes only goal.

Jonathan Reinhart made 32 saves in the win. Jason DaSilva stopped 24 shots for the Hurricanes.
