Shoppers in the Owen Sound area are being asked to "give a little extra" on Friday.
The OPP and paramedic services in Grey County have teamed up to support the Owen Sound Salvation Army’s Christmas Food Hamper Campaign.
They are asking residents to "Stuff the Cruiser or Ambulance" with donated food.
It will take place Friday between 10am and 3pm at the No Frills grocery store on the Sunset Strip in the Township of Georgian Bluffs.
The most needed items are Kraft Dinner, spaghetti sauce, canned pasta, canned tomatoes, school snacks, juice, peanut butter and cereal.
