Residents can help shape The City of Owen Sound's Canada 150/Owen Sound 160 celebrations. The meeting will provide information on how the city and potential partners can plan, promote, and deliver a series of community events to celebrate both occassions in 2017. A public meeting is tonight at 5:30pm at City hall council chambers . An Ad Hoc committee has been created to lead the project. Next year, they will apply to The Federal Canada 150 Fund which offers funding of celebrations that help foster a sense of pride and attachment to Canada.
