UPDATE: Teen Dies After Playing At Drayton Soccer Field

Investigators are respecting a family's request and while a cause of death was determined, it will not be released and neither will names.

From July 2, 2015:

The Coroner's Office is trying to determine a cause of death after a 13-year old playing soccer in Drayton went into medical distress Wednesday night.

Wellington County OPP along with firefighters and EMS were called to the scene on Wellington St. just before 8pm Wednesday night.

CPR was initiated by witnesses at the field. The boy was taken to local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The OPP continues to investigate with the assistance of the Coroner’s Office.
