Jewelry valued at thousands of dollars - and priceless in terms of sentimental worth - has been stolen from a home in Minto.
It occurred sometime between 8:15am yesterday morning and 3:45pm yesterday afternoon. The break-in was at a house on Hwy. 89 in Minto.
Stolen items include 16 gold chains - some with pendants, a gold wedding band, a gold engagement ring with diamonds, a family ring with birthstones, a gold ring with a large pearl and one diamond, and a number of collectible coins.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Wellington County OPP.
