Stratford hosts "It's An Honour" Tour

The "It's An Honour" travelling exhibit stops in the city of Stratford today and tomorrow.

A specially designed, 1,000 sq ft vehicle features showcases of the stories of great Canadians who are recognized with national honours.

The Order of Canada, Decorations for Bravery, and Military Valour Decorations are bestowed upon residents for extraordinary achievements.

The exhibit will be set up in Market Square behind Stratford City Hall and will be open from 10am to 5pm today and tomorrow.

Visitors can catch a glimpse of insignia and medals, discover the unique stories of many honours recipients and watch a hologram message from former Canadian astronaut Chris Hadfield.

Since summer 2013, the exhibit has travelled through the country.
