The biggest event of the year in the village of Belmore opens at 8:30am Saturday, but volunteers have been preparing for days.
It's the 48th annual Belmore Maple Syrup Festival.
Thousands of people are expected on Saturday at the Belmore Community Centre for the pancakes, sausage, maple syrup, and applesauce.
There's also live entertainment throughout the day, a craft show and sale, baked goods, a Kids Room, a maple syrup booth, and a maple syrup demonstration outside the Community Centre.
The meals are served until 6:30pm.
