As of 1:40pm Hydro One says power has been restored to all customers affected by the earlier outage.

Hydro One crews are working to restore power that has affected about 1,800 customers in parts of North Huron and South Bruce Counties.
Westario customers lost power about noon in Wingham, Lucknow and parts of Teeswater and Ripley when a Hydro One supply line went down.
The power has been restored for customers in Wingham and Teeswater, but is still out in Lucknow and ripley.
The estimated restoration time is 3:30pm this afternoon.
