Blyth Training Centre Partners With Lake Huron Learning

The Emergency Services Training Centre in Blyth is expanding its programming.

The ESTC has formed a new partnership with the Lake Huron Learning Collaborative in Kincardine.

Lake Huron Learning was established ten years ago to fill a void in post-secondary educational facilities and opportunities in the Huron-Bruce area. The Learning Collaborative has facilities in Goderich and Kincardine.

The ESTC will offer its first course at the Kincardine Lake Huron Learning site next week, starting with a Joint Health and Safety Basic Certification course.

"We are committed to offering exceptional training opportunities for Fire and Emergency Personnel as well as meeting the training needs of our Local Communities," says ESTC Program Coordinator Stephanie Currie. "A partnership with Lake Huron Learning Collaborative allows us to deliver highly skilled personnel to local businesses."
