OFSC Trail Permit Pre-December Sale

The Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs is offering Ontarians a trail permit for a special pre-December rate.

Permits are available from community based clubs, volunteers, or designated retail outlets.

The season permit will cost 210 dollars before December 1st.

The price goes up by 50 dollars after that.

If you purchase the permit on line at www.ofsc.on.ca you will not have to pay a processing fee.

Classic permits are also available for any sled model year 1999 or older. It's only 140 dollars before December, and $170. after that.

The OFSC has over 30-thousand kilometres of trails through out the province.

It says Snowmobiling on the trails generates 1.7 billion dollars worth of winter tourism economic activity annually.

Fees from the permits allow the trails to be marked and maintained by local clubs.
