Police investigating 'suspicious death'

London police are probing what they are calling a "suspicious death" in Byron.

Emergency crews were called to the area of Commissioners Road West and Reynolds Road around 5:30 a.m. Tuesday about an unresponsive man. He was rushed to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Few other details are available, but police say there is no risk to public safety.

"The investigation is in early stages in cooperation with the Regional Coroner’s Office," police said. "Further details will be provided as appropriate."
