One person killed in Brant County crash

A three vehicle crash Saturday morning in Brant County has killed a 33 year-old from Milton.

Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Brant County Fire Services of Burford and Brant and Oxford Paramedic Services responded to the crash on westbound Highway 403 near Brantford at around 9:30 a.m.

The highway between Rest Acres Road to Middle Townline Road was closed for several hours.

Police said two passenger vehicles and one transport truck were involved in the collision.

The 33 year-old was pronounced dead on the scene.

Four other occupants in the passenger vehicles were transported to hospital with minor injuries.

The driver of the transport truck was not injured.

The West Region OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement Team (TIME) are assisting with investigation.

New measles exposure site in Chatham
