Emergency crews were called to the collision on Norwich Road just before 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
A 63-year-old was found suffering from life-threatening injuries. That individual was taken to hospital in Tillsonburg where they were pronounced dead.
No name has been released.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing, OPP said.
