It happened around 10 a.m. on Thursday.
Police were called to the high school on Highbury Avenue north of Huron Street amid reports of an assault. They were also told a weapon was involved.
A victim in the assault sustained minor injuries and one 18-year-old male was arrested.
Investigators have not said what sort of weapon was used in the assault.
