A Woodstock childcare owner who was arrested earlier this month, has been accused of several more sexual assault-related offences.
On Monday, Woodstock police announced that as a result of an ongoing investigation, 37-year-old Trevor Hendershott is charged with additional charges of invitation to sexual touching and sexual interference. He also faces a single count of sexual assault.
On March 10, police announced the arrest of the accused, who owns Trevor's Childcare in Woodstock.
Police previously said Hendershott had ties to several youth programs in the city, and officers are working with Oxford Children's Aid Society to continue its investigation.
According to the College of Early Childhood Educators website, Hendershott's membership was suspended last September due to non-payment of fees or penalties.
