UPDATE: Body found outside downtown London condo building

An intersection in downtown London was taped off after a body was discovered on Saturday morning.

London Police confirm they were called to the intersection of Talbot Street and Dufferin Avenue around 8:20 a.m. with reports that a person had fallen from a nearby building.

The Azure Condominiums, a 29-storey luxury apartment complex, is situated on the northwest corner of Talbot Street and Dufferin Avenue.

When officers arrived on-scene, they reportedly located a person who was deceased.

According to multiple media reports, the deceased person was  London Knights forward Abakar Kazbekov.

"The investigation has been reassigned to the Major Crimes section, who investigate all sudden death incidents. At this point there is no indication of any foul play related to that investigation," said Constable Travis Buckle.

London police are investigating the incident, but foul play is not suspected.
