Woman accused of injuring ex with her car

A 30-year-old St. Thomas woman wanted for allegedly using her vehicle to injure her ex-boyfriend has turned herself into police.

St. Thomas police issued the arrest warrant for the woman after she hit the man with her car during an argument in the city earlier this week. The man suffered non-life threatening injuries.

The woman went to police headquarters on Thursday to turn herself in. She was arrested without incident.

She is now charged with dangerous driving causing bodily harm and has been released from custody with a future court date.
