A highly sought after immersive art exhibit featuring the work of Vincent Van Gogh will be coming to London in 2022.
100 Kellogg Lane has announced it will host the Imagine Van Gogh event next fall.
"This immersive exhibition chronicles more than 200 of Vincent Van Gogh’s paintings through a unique journey inside the artist’s artworks," 100 Kellogg stated on social media. "Immersed in an extraordinary experience where all senses become fully awakened, viewers will be truly moved by such spectacular beauty."
Imagine Van Gogh, which was created by Encore Productions (France) and presented by Tandem Expositions, has been touring the world. In Canada, more than 1 million tickets were sold for the exhibit this year. Stops in Vancouver and Edmonton were extended due to popular demand.
"Original canvasses are expanded and fragmented, then projected into unusual shapes to emphasize the mesmerizing exaggerations and distortions of Van Gogh’s work. Visitors experience their energy, emotion, and beauty like never before,” said Artistic Director Annabelle Mauger.
COVID-19 public safety measures in accordance with provincial guidelines will be in place at the exhibit.
No exact date for the London showing has been provided, but people interested in attending can pre-register to be notified when tickets go on sale.
