Rollover crash in Strathroy seriously injures driver

Police in Strathroy are investigating after a man suffered life-threatening injuries in a single-vehicle crash late Tuesday night.

At around midnight Wednesday, Strathroy-Caradoc police responded to the scene of the crash at Glendon Drive west of Sutherland Road.

According to police, the vehicle was travelling east on Glendon Drive at a high rate of speed before the driver lost control, went into a ditch, and rolled over.

Emergency crews arrived and the lone male driver was rushed to the London Health Sciences Centre with serious injuries, police said.

The area was closed overnight and reopened around 6:30 am.
