The London Police Service said officers responded to the assault Saturday morning and located the male victim on John Street near Talbot Street shortly before 1 a.m.  Police have determined that the victim was assaulted by another male, who fled before officers arrived.

Police said the London police Major Crime Section is conducting an investigation, which is in its early stages. More information will be provided once it becomes available, police added.
