Violent home invasion in Delhi leaves police searching for suspects

Provincial police in Norfolk County are looking for three suspects after a home invasion left a man hurt in Delhi.

Three men, armed with handguns, forced their way inside a home on King Street around 10:35 p.m. on Monday. The resident of the home was assaulted, but was able to get away to a neighbouring home and call police.

The suspects, all described as Black men, took off from the area in a silver or grey van.

Norfolk OPP are reassuring there is no threat to public safety. They are asking anyone with information about the incident or security footage that captures either the suspects or their getaway vehicle to call them at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
