Gun, cash, pills seized in raid

Two men face charges after London police seized a handgun, cash, and opiate tablets on the weekend.

According to police, officers searched a vehicle and a room at a hotel on Colborne Street on Sunday. They seized a Glock 9mm handgun, 10 rounds of ammunitiion, a prohibited Glock 30-round magazine, 29 Oxycodone tablets, and about $10,000 in cash.

A 27-year-old man from London and a 31-year-old man from Hamilton each face weapons and drug charges.
