Emergency crews and Air Ornge responded to an area near Melbourne Thursday afternoon following a report of a death.
Middlesex County provincial police and fire services, along with Oneida Nation Paramedic Services and an air ambulance arrived at a property on Gentleman Drive just before 2:30 p.m. where a person was found deceased.
Officials say the cause of the death is part of an ongoing investigation. OPP confirmed an autopsy will be conducted on Friday.
No other details have been made available.
Police say there is no threat to public safety.
