London police have seized a shotgun and arrested two men following an armed robbery in Old North.
Around 2 p.m. Thursday, police were called about the incident at Cheapside Street near Adelaide Street. Police say no injuries were reported during the robbery.
Within the hour, police received a tip that the two suspects entered a taxi in the area.
Around 2:30 p.m., officers conducted a high-risk vehicle stop in the area of Wellington Road and Waterman Avenue and arrested the suspects without incident.
Police say the investigation is in its early stages and more information will be provided as it becomes available.
