Police looking for Grinch in St. Thomas

Police in St. Thomas are looking for a suspect after a family had several Christmas presents stolen from beneath their tree.

St. Thomas police said someone broke into a ground floor apartment on Confederation Drive last Wednesday between 9am and 11am. There was no one home when the thief entered through a patio door.

According to police, several boxed and wrapped Christmas presents were stolen.

Anyone with information about this break and enter or who saw anything suspicious in the area is asked to call St. Thomas police at 519-631-1224 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS.
