Police have laid more than two dozen charges following a massive joint investigation into a commercial sex trade organization that operated in several Ontario cities, including Sarnia and London.
The Ontario Provincial Police said seven people have been charged with 32 criminal offences in connection to the investigation after the sex trade organization was dismantled on Tuesday. Police executed several search warrants and seized four properties and four vehicles.
The criminal organization rotated its victims around apartments in Ottawa, Kingston, Belleville, Kitchener, London, Oshawa, Peterborough, Sarnia, and Sudbury to provide sexual services to clients who responded to online advertisements.
The victims identified through the investigation were all provided support through victim services agencies.

The joint investigation, named Project Crediton, was carried out by the OPP Anti-Human Trafficking Investigation Coordination Team, the Canadian Border Services Agency, Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada, and 12 municipal police services.
